With the increasingly high requirements of each country in 21 st century high thrust rocket technology,rocket engine as the "heart" of the aerospace industry has made a great investment.he rocket engine thrust test technology as one of the most important content,to provide the necessary data support for the research and optimization of the engine,is a key indicator to judge whether the good operation of the solid rocket engine.When the rocket engine is working,the thrust is large,the time is short,the thrust of the rocket is continuously changing and so on.The rocket engine is a series of complex operation process,how to accurately measure the rocket engine thrust,which meet the high precision,thrust ratio,dynamic thrust measurement requirements become the priority among priorities of rocket engine.Aiming at the complex requirements of the Inner Mongolia University of Technology,through continuous efforts,combined with the summary of previous experience,design a double range sensor,effectively meet these requirements,the rocket engine thrust is small when the precise measurement of engine thrust,and thrust in the larger stage can meet the measurement,and the protection of small range the sensor,to study the dynamic performance of double range sensor,provides the necessary guarantee.In this paper,based on the previous theoretical research,this paper introduces the working principle of the double range sensor,and carries out the calculation of the impact force of the dangerous parts,which ensures the safety requirements.Through modeling,mathematical modeling theory,the theoretical calculation,obtain the natural frequency and formation theory.By using MATLAB analysis software,the double range sensor on the motion simulation,and the output force simulation,and by comparing the results of data results of impact test and simulation output,simulation results and judgment error,whether the model can meet the actual requirements.And by hammering the measured input and output data of large and small range sensor,using MATLAB software,through the signal processing to obtain the large and small range sensor transfer function and the BODE diagram,the real frequency and imaginary frequency and other related results.Through the combination of experiment and theoretical analysis,which provides the theoretical support for the optimization of the double range sensor.This thesis makes a effective simulation of double sensors,the size range sensor using MATLAN software transfer function is very good,very good for this type of sensor is added for double range sensor theory,future development has played a certain role.
