For the complexity of the excavator hydraulic system,excavator hydraulic system simulation technology has a very important value.Currently,there are few simulation softwares for excavator hydraulic systems in the market.Generally,the existing commercial simulation software is used to model the hydraulic system of the excavator.When the simulation process is performed,it is necessary to model the excavator components one by one,such as a multi-way valve.Variable pumps,etc.,increase the difficulty in the modeling process and require too many parameters to be set.To solve the shortcomings of the existing simulation software on the market,it is necessary to develop a simulation software that is simple,fast,and reliable for the excavator hydraulic system modeling.The designer only needs to select the components produced by different manufacturers in the hydraulic excavator such as the hydraulic pump,the multi-way valve and other components according to their own needs.The components can be linked by themselves,and then some simple parameters can be used for complex digging.The hydraulic system of the machine completes the simulation and obtains the external characteristic curve of the excavator's hydraulic system work.This article mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)According to the composition of each part of the hydraulic excavator and the object-oriented programming method,the basic object module of the hydraulic excavator is determined,and the data transfer process is determined according to the actual excavator power transmission process,and a corresponding software framework is established.(2)Analyze the principle of hydraulic excavator variable pump,and establish the corresponding static mathematical equation,obtain the external characteristic function of the variable pump,and encapsulate the variable pump function in MATLAB,package the variable pump into A separate module.The external characteristic curve of the diesel engine is obtained through the function fitting method,and the corresponding external characteristic function relationship is obtained.The same method as the variable displacement pump is used for packaging and the corresponding engine module is established.(3)Based on the analysis of multi-way valve principle,the multi-way valve is placed in the hydraulic system of the quantitative pump to split the circuit of the multi-way valve,and is mainly split into a main circuit,a confluence circuit,a regeneration circuit,and the like.In further summary,three minimum topology circuit elements are built in the loop,and the smallest topology elements are packaged into corresponding static mathematical models.By reassembling these functions,a complete multi-path valve model is established.(4)Finally,the relationship between the various components in the hydraulic excavator is analyzed.Through the static mathematical model established above for each component,the method of calling the function of each component is determined when the hydraulic excavator is simulated,and the calling function is determined.After solving the equation,the excavator hydraulic system simulation curve is finally output.By simulating the output values,the designer can observe whether the selected diesel engine,pump,and other components can meet the design requirements.
