It can be expected that effectively protect of the electrical emergency supplies timely repair and enhance the overall security of the power grid.In this paper, we study the types and methods to deal with emergency power, and the electrical emergency supplies storage location characteristics to clarify the power emergency supplies warehousing requirements and related theory, based on the research status of electrical emergencies and electrical emergency supplies and other related issues. At the same time, it introduced the distribution of electrical emergency supplies, as well as a common location for storage of model are summarized. Finally, this paper selects the data of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province as an example. It puts forward proposals for electrical emergency supplies warehouse using the improved DEA method.
