| In recent years, emergency response decision-making has got more and more attention by governments and research institutions with all kinds of emergencies occur frequently in domestic and overseas. Emergency supplies dispatching must be taken into consideration in the decision-making process of emergency response because it relates to the progress of emergency rescue and the people’s lives and safety in disaster area. Because of the abruptness, time urgency, unconventionality, complexity and uncertainty of emergency material distribution problem, traditional mathematical modeling and optimization method is difficult to meet the requirements of decision. Hierarchical Task Network(HTN) planning is widely used in intelligent planning, in which it can plan and reason according to the approach of task recursive decomposition. Meanwhile, it can effectively use emergency domain knowledge and emergency situation information to quickly generate reasonable planning and has a strong applicability about task planning of the emergency supplies dispatching.Combining with the characteristics of emergency supplies scheduling problem, this paper designs a method in which structured storage can be realized according to the emergency situation information and automatically generate the planning file of HTN planning problems based on the research of HTN planning method. Aiming at the problem in which emergency domain knowledge can hardly be structured expressed, the coding method which can realize the standardized description and the storage of emergency domain knowledge is designed and another method which can convert them to planning domain knowledge and generate the domain knowledge file of HTN planning is researched. Firstly, we can realize the method in which HTN planning can dynamically compile and load the planning problem file and planning domain knowledge file, and plan to generate the emergency supplies dispatching plan. Secondly, aiming at the uncertainty of emergency network state in the emergency supplies dispatching problem, we design the mathematical representation of the uncertainty and put forward a transport route choice way based on HTN in order to improve the emergency supplies dispatching planning. Meanwhile, the planning adjustment method is designed to solve the execution exception in the plan implementation. Lastly, the emergency supplies dispatching planning system is designed and implemented and the integration with the emergency evacuation simulation system of city region which is developed by Tsinghua University is completed.The article which is surrounded with the specific characteristics of emergency supplies dispatching planning and the advantages and disadvantages of HTN planning studies the supplies distribution planning system based on HTN. Its fundamental purpose is that we can use HTN planning method to realize the method in which computer can automatically generate the scientific and reasonable emergency action plan according to the emergency situation information and emergency domain knowledge planning. It is the new attempt in which HTN planning method is used, and can provides a new way for solving the urgent supplies distribution planning problem. Besides, it also improves the applicability of HTN planning method in the emergency field. |
