Thus how toreduce death, injurie, and to ensure the safety of the lives and property of the people is avital question of urban disaster prevention.The rational planning and structure of emergency shelter is an important place ofrefuge and living space in emergency shelter. As an important component in disastershelters, emergency water supply and drainage systems play a pivotal role in cities andtowns. At present, there is a great development in China’s cities and town emergencyshelter, but it has not yet achieved a sophisticated system and emergency responsemechanism in some specific facilities, such as the water supply and drainage systems andinstall.In order to make the most of the emergency shelter function, how to plan andestablish emergency water supply and drainage system in the shelter has becomeparticularly important. We can learn by analysising the application of emergency shelterand comparing the advantage and shortcomings in and out, and raise the principal ofestablishment in the construction of urban emergency shelter, such as emergency watersource and the water quality (include disinfection), collection and disposition of wastewater, installment of emegency toilet, fire water supply. Moreover, we can find out howto make the most of the landscape design into emergency disaster water supply anddrainage facilities, and the restricting our shelter development problems and solutions forfuture research for reference. |
