From theproject overall consideration,in-depth to explore the various factors that affect the cost in theconstruction phase and analyze the effect of the construction organization design, duration,materials and other factors. Earned value analysis method is applied to this resettlementresidence project for cost and duration monitoring, analysis and coordinate control and proposinga control system to achieve cost effective control.
