As a mainstream construction form in China,traditional cast-in-place concrete buildings are relatively mature in terms of relevant technologies and specifications,and the cost can be effectively controlled.However,with the relevant requirements of the national energy conservation and environmental protection in the construction industry in recent years,the prefabricated building will gradually replace the traditional building as a new mainstream construction form in China.But the prefabricated building is still in the early stage of development,and the cost is not easy to control.To this end,this paper through the relevant analysis of the cost of prefabricated construction,in order to provide reference for the actual cost control of the project.The research contents mainly include the following aspects:Firstly,by consulting a large number of fabricated building related literatures,the development,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the prefabricated buildings are analyzed to provide a more intuitive understanding of the prefabricated buildings,thus facilitating a deeper analysis of the prefabricated buildings.Secondly,through spot investigation and literature review,the process of the prefabricated building construction process is decomposed from the four stages of design,production,transportation and installation of prefabricated components.This part mainly provides some technical support for the actual construction process of the prefabricated building,and also aims to better understand the construction process of the prefabricated building.Thirdly,the cost component is analyzed by collecting relevant data.Clear the cost components and provide direction for cost control.In addition,from the four stages of design,production,transportation and installation of prefabricated components,the key factors affecting the cost in each stage,such as material factors,human factors,transportation plans,hoisting construction,etc.,are proposed,and relevant suggestions are proposed for each factor.Finally,combined with the case analysis of the difference in construction cost between fabricated and traditional cast-in-place buildings.The results show that compared with castin-place concrete buildings,the cost of prefabricated buildings in masonry,cast-in-place concrete(including formwork),roofing and waterproofing,thermal insulation engineering,floor engineering,plastering engineering,and measures is reduced.The main cost increase for fabricated buildings lies in PC components and installation and tower cranes and other equipment.In addition,relevant suggestions for two cost increments are proposed to provide reference for engineering practice.
