| At present,most contractors in our country have incomplete internal management and control systems.It lacks of cost management awareness and advanced cost control methods.And it lacks refined management of quality,schedule,cost,technology and safety during the construction phase of construction projects.As a result,there are loopholes in cost management during the construction phase,which harms the interests of the enterprise.Therefore,how to reasonably control the cost is the key to the project contractor to improve the economic benefits.This paper uses the improved earned value method to reasonably control the cost.Through analysis,the traditional earned value method does not consider the quality and risk to control the cost.The solution results are not practical enough.Therefore,this paper uses the improved earned value method to establish a complete cost analysis and control system.This way provides decision support for enterprise managers to effectively control project cost control.Based on the characteristics of the construction phase of a construction project,the paper introduces fuzzy mathematics theory on the basis of the traditional earned value method.And it proposes an improved earned value method that considers risk and quality.Firstly,the second-level earned value is introduced.The first step is that the unit project is further divided into several sub-projects.Then the earned value analysis of the sub-projects is carried out.This avoids the deviation by the traditional earned value method that only pays attention to the project unit project cost analysis and ignores the logical relationship between the sub-projects.At the same time,it provides a basis for taking efficient and reliable correction measures.Then the paper uses the AHP-entropy weight method to determine the quality index weight of the completed project.And then it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the quality index of the completed project.It uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish a calculation model of risk level coefficient,and the risk level coefficient of the project is obtained.Thirdly,the paper constructs the fuzzy evaluation index system and the forecast index system to improve the earned value method,and then uses the α cut sets method to defuzzify it.Finally,it applies the case by improving the earned value method.It integrates control of the cost,schedule and quality of the construction phase of each sub-project of the case.And it forecasts the completion cost and completion time.Then it takes corresponding corrective measures for the deviation.This case verifies the applicability of the improved earned value method in construction projects,improves the accuracy of project cost control results to a certain extent.And it provides a new method for cost control in the construction phase of construction projects. |
