In recent years, while the rapid development of Chinese economy, the urbanization process is also fast forward. Limited by increasing densification of urban architecture, various cities are fervent in pursuit of tall buildings and high-rise buildings. the core tube structure in the form of high-rise building structural design is most widely used. as an integral part of the transport machinery in high-rise building construction, the appropriate form of crane can shorten the construction period to improve economic efficiency. due to the advantage that base fixed and traditional inner climbing tower crane do not have, the external-climbing tower crane is gradually widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings. This paper describes the application and research results of the external-climbing tower crane in the actual construction of a typical high-rise buildings and introduces the form of support system of tower crane; Combined with practical engineering of Long Guang century building, using the finite element analysis software to calculate and analyze the support system of tower crane and the wall around the embedded. It is divided into eight working conditions according to the different horizontal angles in which tower arm is located. By comparing and analyzing the internal forces of crane supporting bracket members and the bearing reaction force in eight working condition,we can judge that it is the most unfavorable conditions when the crane arm is parallel to the wall, the crane should be avoided at full load state for a long time in this condition. Concerned about the design of embedded parts in the background project of this paper, straight tendon embedded anchors does not meet the design specifications, we select steel anchors embedded parts as an alternative form, in this paper, we use finite element software to verify steel anchors embedded anchors can meet the strength requirements of the crane during normal operation; With the crane upward climbing, there is a question that the embedded parts should be set at coupling beams or the walls, locating embedded parts reasonable can effectively reduce the level of stress and strain of the wall, using the finite element software ABAQUS finite element model of embedded parts and the walls around the embedded parts, by comparing the level of stress and strain when the embedded parts are located at different places, we can provide some practical advice about the setting position of the embedded parts.
