With the rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization,the evolution ofconstruction industry is booming,moreover,high-rise and super-tall buildings emergeincreasingly,which not only make structure design face higher standards,but also makearchitecture construction suffer more severe challenges. So, in order to meet theconstruction requirements,construction methods adapted to era development have beenresearched at home and abroad. As is known to all, it is critical to choose reasonablevertical transportation equipment for the construction of high-rise and super-tallbuildings. Therefore,tower crane arises at the historic moment. After more than acentury of development,tower crane becomes more and more prefect. Among thesedifferent kinds tower cranes,the internal climbing tower crane with many advantageshas been widely used in the high-rise and super-tall buildings.This paper combines engineering Fuli Yinkai square construction in GuangzhouNew Town as a example,and make a study on hoisting and adhesion technology of theinternal climbing tower crane,the main research contents are as follows:①Described the development course of tower crane and the related research results,what is more,particularly introduced the types,characteristics,climbing principle andapplication scope of different kinds of internal climbing tower crane.②To make the engineering as a background, discussed the installation, jacking anddisassembly process of the internal climbing tower crane and the composition andspecific structure of the attached framework, moreover, not only described the commonweld detection methods, but also checked the supporting beams of attached frameworkand weld connection under the condition of considering the enough safety reserve.③Through the elastic deformation analysis of the local core tube attached by theinternal climbing tower crane by using SAP2000finite element software,analyzed thedeformation of the core tube which set no steel bracing and the core tube which set steelbracing when the horizontal structure of the core tube lags behind the vertical structureunder the condition of using hydraulic climbing formwork. Through the comparison ofanalysis,we can see support effect of the steel bracing set in the direction which thestiffness is weak.④Chose proper material constitutive model and built attachment node model ofinternal climbing tower crane by using ABAQUS finite element software. Then not only analyzed the mechanical properties of bracket,embedded parts and attached wall,butalso put forward the positioning and monitoring measures to ensure the constructionquality of attached nodes according to the result of the analysis.The research result combined with the related construction plan of Guangzhou FuliYinkai square can provide reference for similar engineering of high-rise and super-tallbuildings.
