With the rapid development of social economy and the innovation of construction technology, the building structure in China has made great progress in scale expansion. The most obvious feature is that the building height is overstating, and the construction height of structure constantly creates the new records. The internal climbing tower crane, as a vertical transportation equipment, takes a place in the progress of high-rise and super high-rise building construction and plays a significant role in the high-rise building construction, for its various advantages, such as heavy ability, high security, wide adaptation range, synchronous climbing with the construction progress. It has been used by more and more engineers. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety application of the tower crane and the safety of the building structure, it is necessary to conduct a research on carrying capacity of the foundation supporting beam in the internal climbing tower crane and its main structure under the action of crane load.In order to ensure the safety application of tower crane and the safety of the building structure, this paper systematically analyzes the influences of the fundamental support beams and core shear wall of the climbing tower crane from the aspect of engineering application in the practical engineering case of the the MCT370 climbing tower crane used in the Guiyang flower orchard towers project,. The contents of this research can be divided into the following aspects:1. It simply introduces the development and classification of climbing tower crane; it also presents the current research conditions of and the research background and engineering background of this paper;2. It systematically describes the Potain MCT370 climbing tower crane used in the Guiyang flower orchard towers project, respectively from the aspect of tower section of tower crane, tower crane selection and layout, internal climbing tower crane climbing steps and infrastructure support beams.3. Basing on the Guiyang flower orchard towers project- West, this paper studies the calculation method of the crane attachment support structure in climbing tower, the load capacity and the condition analysis of the basic support beam; it also describes the bearing force of embedded part in climbing tower crane steel and plug weld quality checking, the mechanical analysis of the connecting bolt, under the consideration of enough safety storage and foundation to support beams of the most unfavorable horizontal load, verticalload and three kinds of working conditions.4. With the use of the finite element analysis model, it calculates and analyzes the mechanical properties of the fundamental support beams and the attached core wall structure of the climbing tower crane. It studies the influence of the foundation to support beams and core barrel body structure adhesion under the progress of high-rise building construction. Also, it introduces the frequently used methods of structural reinforcement at the present.The results of this research, combined with the construction technology used in the Guiyang flower orchard towers project and the force characteristics of MCT370 climbing tower crane, provides some references for the similar engineering construction.
