Research On Construction Of Case Base For Grid Repair Emergency Response Facing Emergency

When emergencies happen, emergency managers often do not know what todo. Experienced emergency managers can handle that by their experiences ofmany years. People can’t deal with it easily because of the sudden and theunpredictable of Emergencies. Every emergency will appear different situationthat emergency managers never encounter. This emergency may be similar with aemergency that another emergency manager encounter. Emergency manager maynot know what the next measure is, he can get help from those who hadencountered emergencies. Unexpected emergency managers need much moreexperience as advices for their measure. We need an integrated system that cansupport Emergency managers.In the case-based reasoning system for grid emergency repair, this articledescribes the construction of case base for grid emergency repair.Firstly, this article presents a case-based reasoning system. The systemcontains collection of data, scenario database, plan database, task base, case baseand case-based reasoning. This part presents the relationship among several partsin which case base and case-based reasoning are most important. Theconstruction of case base is premise for case-based reasoning. The relationshipbetween case base and other part is the most important which contains input andoutput. Input relationship has several parts, such as data source and task base.Output relationship contains data source of case-based reasoning.Secondly, this article studies the structure of case base. Case baseconstruction needs the corresponding knowledge, such as domain ontology andtask ontology. The article also presents domain ontology and task ontology ingrid emergency repair in the form of graphic.At last, the article presents different means for expressing and organizingcase. The method is more specific and scientific. The aim is to retrieve case morepurposely and obtain information more efficiently. It can help manager findcorrect measure more quickly.
