Due to a lot of uncertainties,like the weather,geology and so on and lack of risk control experience the railway engineering construction risk is difficult to control, the impact of railway engineering investment effect and railway engineering construction enterprise economic benefits. The traditional risk control method is already mature, but the actual risk control effect is not ideal, the railway construction risk disaster accident is still frequent. If the history of railway engineering construction risk information and risk control experience for sharing, systematic and intelligent, will significantly improve the construction risk control effect. Based on this, the paper introduces the knowledge inference and information technology for railway engineering construction risk control,and provides a new method for railway engineering construction risk control.This paper analyzes the characteristics and mechanism of the construction risk of the railway project,summarizes the present situation and defects of railway engineering construction risk control,put forward the framework of railway engineering construction risk control model, its contents include construction risk knowledge ontology library,risk diagnosis reasoning and risk control measures.In the construction of the risks knowledge ontology, summarizes the source and collection of risk knowledge, determine the important related concepts, attributes,relations and axioms of the railway project construction risk and Represented by the ontology language,using the Protégé software to build a OWL code file of railway project construction risk knowledge ontology and consistent examination of the risk knowledge;At part of the risk diagnosis, introduced Bayes reasoning for risk diagnostic reasoning,given the conversion rules risk knowledge ontology to Bayes network andthe construction method of conditional probability distribution table, using Netica software to visual inference of risk knowledge ontology;In the risk control measures,the introduction of the case-based reasoning theory, using the concept of semantic similarity calculation method of similarity distance between concepts of case properties calculation,search out the most similar casein formation risk and risk control measures to solve the new problem on the basis of this,in order to assist the decision making;Finally,this paper gives the realization steps of railway engineering construction risk control model, and describes the main conclusions of this paper and shortcomings.The proposed railway engineering construction risk diagnosis and risk control measures reasoning method, through the analysis of examples to prove its validity, can be a reference for construction risk control of railway engineering construction enterprise;the knowledge reasoning and information technology in the field of risk control, enrich the existing risk control system in theory,specify the direction of railway engineering construction risk control information and intelligent development.
