With the development of manufacturing and information technology,the rapid design of products is the goal pursued by today's enterprises.Product case-based reasoning technology,as one of its key technologies,can reuse the production resources and design knowledge of its products on the basis of historical instance databases to achieve rapid design.Customer requirements is the starting point for product design and manufacturing.The satisfaction of customer's individual requirements is the ultimate goal of product design.Therefore,individualized product case-based reasoning method driven by customer requirements is proposed in this paper.The content is from the perspective of customer requirements,in the process of product instance reasoning,the acquisition and processing of customer requirements,as well as the transformation of customer requirements to product parameter requirements,product instance retrieval,product instance modification and other key issues for in-depth research.The details are described as follows:(1)The method of obtaining and processing customer requirements is studied.The characteristics and classification of customer requirements are detailed.On this basis,the expression and acquisition methods of customer requirements are studied,and the semantic decomposition of customer requirements is constructed to realize the decomposition of requirements and convert to a requirement node.(2)In order to realize the transformation from customer requirement parameters to product engineering parameters,the configuration model of product module attribute parameters is constructed.Taking the maximum profit of the customer as the goal and the price as the constraint,the product service system is used to obtain the module attribute parameters of the product,then a parameter configuration model is constructed and solved by genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution.(3)In order to consider the impact of customer requirement preference on product similar instance retrieval,a similar instance retrieval method considering customer requirement preference is proposed.Through the collection of customer requirement preferences,the preference map is constructed,and the requirement preference weights are obtained.By introducing the weights in the product similar instance solving model,the product case with higher customer preference are obtained.(4)A product instance modification design method based on rule knowledge is proposed.The expression and constraint of the product instance modification rule knowledge are studied.The adaptive modification of the product model size in the process of modifying the design is realized,so as to obtain the modified final plan.
