Study On The Emergency Treatment System Of Luoyang Train Operation Depot

Recently,due to equipment,environment,personnel,management and other reasons,cause of railway emergency happens to abound.These emergencies,caused the equipment damage,the train derailment,interruption of traffic organization,and even cause deaths,loss is immeasurable.At present,the emergency disposal of Luoyang train operation depot relies mainly on the paper and electronic emergency plan,followed by the various rules and regulations.Whether managers and workers are familiar with the plans and regulations,have experience or not,affect the disposal result.Without a stable and controllable system to ensure the scene of the emergency disposal process safely and orderly.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of Luoyang train operation depot.A kind of integrated intelligent reasoning model was put forward on the foundation of studying thoroughly the case-based reasoning(CBR)and the rule-based reasoning(RBR)inference method.The main contents of this research are as follows:(1)The rule-based reasoning(RBR)and case based reasoning(CBR)related theories are expounded.And the advantages and disadvantages of both are analyzed.(2)A structure of emergency treatment is designed.This structure is a mixture of the two theories.Focus on building the emergency rule base and emergency case.(3)The structure and function of Luoyang train operation depot emergency command system are introduced.This confirmed the implementation of emergency handling model,which is a mixture of the rule-based reasoning(RBR)and case-based reasoning(CBR).
