| The development of urbanization has been shifted from the pursuit of speedto pursuit of quality. This is a manifestation of yearning for a better lifeenvironment. In this longing, the city’s overall environment and appearancecontrol has become the focus direction of urban construction and planning. In thesummer of2011, a macro landscape planning is firstly proposed in Beijing whichattempted to control the appearance of the city through landscape planning.Taking this opportunity, this study first returns to the theory origin to definethe landscape by reviewing the literatures. As a result, macro-landscape systemcan be identified as a container for all kinds of scenery and the experience ofvisiting, which directly manifests urban and rural image. Meanwhile, bycollecting planning cases related on landscape, visual analysis can be proved as acore technology in landscape planning.The study furtherly analyzes the two major connotations, formation andconstruction of landscape system. As a result, the signiticance of vision, which isthe trigger point of the formation process of landscape and the integral part oflandscape construction. Based on the periodicity conclusion, the study combinesthe visual analysis together with landscape planning practice. Through thecomparative study of objects, objectives and principles of landscape, theapplicability and effectiveness of visual analysis for earth landscape planning isfurtherly validated. It is worth noting that, the study proposed a visual demandmodel based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, which includes three rising needof visualbility, visual comfort and visual appearance.Taking landscape of Changping District as the research object, its landscapeoverview of diverse ecological environment, sufficient cultural resources andrapid urban development has been proposed. According to status quo of highresource types and quantities, static sightpoints, dynamic sightpoints as well asisolated view, linear views and regional views are evaluated and screened.Considering the visual demand model as the structure and evaluated data asthe objective, sight coverage and viewing area has been analyzed based on thevisible target; sensitive and comfort zone has been analyzed based on staticcomfort objectives; view visual blind spots and points of interest has beenanalyzed based on the dynamic comfort target; the continuous degrees,composition aesthetics, style unifiration and color coordination of the visualelements has been analyzed based on the beautiful goals. Then, by integration ofthe practical problems in different types of analysis, the causes of the problems are studied on the macro, meso and micro levels.Problem-oriented research continues to landscape of Changping to work outthe planning strategies, including to make complementary viewpoints and viewl,to control landscape location and size, to protect of static and dynamic experience,to enhance the quality of the viewpoint and vision and so on within the macro,meso and micro level.Consequenly, this study solves the problems of landscape ofChangping and promote the overall appearance of the city for health development. |
