| The oilfield furnace is one of the important equipment in oil fieldexploration. It paly an important role in the crude oil transportation and oil-waterseparation. The technical level and economic efficiency of the heating furnacedirectly affect the level of technical and economic benefits of oilfield. Thevalveless self-excited pulse combustor of the Helmoholtz type has a lot ofadvantages, such as high combustion intensity, high combustion efficiency andwide range of applications. Its application will largely improve the economicbenefits of the oil field heating furnace. There are still many problems inapplication of the valveless self-excited pulse combustor. When the resistance oftailpipe increases, the pulse combustion is poor stability, even won’t form. Byadjusting the pressure of decoupling chamber, it can change the pressure drop ofthe burner,so that the pulse combustion system could achieve a stable state. Inthis dissertation, the valve less self-excited pulse combustor of the Helmoholtztype is used to research the changes of decoupling chamber pressure and itsinfluence on the characteristics of pulse combustion. This thesis gives the bestdecoupling chamber pressure range and complete the design of valveless self-excited pulse combustor of the Helmoholtz type.The experimental study is used to research the valveless self-excited pulsecombustor of the Helmoholtz type with0°,45°and90°curved tailpipe and somefactors, such as pressure characteristics, frequency characteristics and tailp ipeheat transfer coefficient, which influence on decoupling chamber pressure. Theresults show that when the pressure of decoupling chamber is-3kPa~-2kPa, thevalveless self-excited pulse combustor of the Helmoholtz type with straighttailpipe has better operating characteristics; when the pressure of decouplingchamber is-6kPa~-5kPa, the valveless self-excited pulse combustor of theHelmoholtz type with45°curved tailpipe has better operating characteristics.Because of the instability of the valve less self-excited pulse combustor of theHelmoholtz type with90°curved tailpipe, it is not reasonable to use it forengineering design.Because the valveless self-excited pulse combustor of the Helmoholtz typewith45°curved tailpipe has some advantages, like high heat transfer coefficient and good engineering application flexibility, the thesis applys the valve less self-excited pulse combustor of the Helmoholtz type with45°curved tailpipe tooilfield heating furnace and complete the design and drawing of the heatingfurnace. |
