As the main dam type in water conservancy and hydropower engineeringconstruction, both the number and scale of roller-compacted concrete (RCC) dam areincreasing, and also there is high demande in concrete construction quality monitoring.As one of the influence factors, the microclimate of working unit has a direct impacton the construction quality of RCC, so that a monitoring system which can realize theacquisition and remote transmission of working unit microclimate information isneeded. With the unceasing development of network, embedded system and databasetechnology and applying variety of advanced technology in the field of engineeringmonitoring, it provided the conditions for the development of efficient constructionclimate monitoring system.According to the specific requirements, this thesis designs and implements themicroclimate information real-time monitoring system for the working unit of RCCdam. In this thesis, the detailed implementation of microclimate information real-timemonitoring system is discribed, the system adopts the C/S (client/server) structure,realizes wireless data transmission with GPRS network and the TCP/IP protocol. Asthe source of the whole information collection system, the microclimate monitoringterminal (client) is placed on the working unit monitoring point, the temperature-humidity sensor and wind speed sensor are used to collect temperature, humidity andwind speed information, at the same time through the GPS positioning module forreal-time positioning, so that make the collected microclimate data contains positioninformation. The development of terminal system is based on MTK embeddedplatform, the microprocessor is MT6225which taking ARM7as kernel, and wirelessdata transmission through the RF chip MT6139. The data receiving service programand SQL Server database are deployed in the monitoring data processing center whichas the server of the system. Data receiving service program is a multi-threadingnetwork application which is developed with Visual C++and based on MFC, it isachieved the functions of reception, storage and query of collected data. The tests forbasic functions are carried out after the development of microclimate monitoringterminal functional prototype is completed, the results show that the system can effectively carry out the collection and transmission of microclimate and positioninginformation, and meet the design requirements.
