In order to construct strong power grid mining group, through scientific planning,adjust a structure, reasonable layout, realize the safe and reliable, advancedtechnology, flexible operation, uniform standards, economic and efficient operation ofthe target.To establish a set of mining area based on power grid operation informationacquisition, monitoring and analysis of power grid dispatching automation system, tothe net in the hair, for, with electric unit executes unified monitoring and scheduling,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid is very important.This paper is a study of Longkou Mining Group in power grid dispatchingautomation system, adopts the distributed network structure, system consists ofmonitoring station, the front machine and multiple station, substation datatransmission development and application of the asynchronous serial port server,through the TCP/IP and Ethernet, the establishment of an independent electric poweroptical fiber communication network, realizes the real-time monitoring of powersystem.In accordance with the "integration" of design patterns, SCADA, DMS,remote meter reading are unified design, substation data through WEB browsertechnology, extension to the system for power network operation, and provides thetechnical basis for decision-making.The scheme uses the existing resources, is the original scheduling andmonitoring system for the further research and development, the use of advancedcomputer and network information technology, realization of Longkou Mining Groupnetwork integrated automation, realizes the region within the grid, electricity, for thebest running state, improve the power grid security level and quality of service.
