based on the background of global integration of economy and material economytransform to knowledge economy, the role of Knowledge management in enterprise ismore and more important especially in improving the core competitiveness, thusResearching its method and key Techniques has the important practical significance.Combining with the demand of enterprises and the problems of knowledge management,this paper researches Knowledge Management Method, propose a Valve ProcessPlanning Knowledge Management Method based on Process planning process,establishes enterprise process planning knowledge management framework model,studies the key techniques that the model involved including Knowledge acquisition,knowledge representation, knowledge reproduction, etc. Finally this paper introduces aValve knowledge management system, which is developed by using the research results,successfully applied in the enterprise, this case verify the scientific nature andeffectiveness of our research results.Thesis is mainly divided into five parts, the research content of each part is asfollows:Part one: This paper introduces the research background, research status, analysesthe existing problems of knowledge management, research significance, and presentsthe main research content and organizational framework.Part two: This paper researches Valve process planning knowledge managementmethod. First this paper define the scope of process planning knowledge andclassification, through the analysis of the demand of enterprise and the existingproblems of knowledge management, propose a Valve Process Planning KnowledgeManagement Method based on Process design process, and according to themethod,this paper construct enterprise process planning knowledge managementframework model.Part three: this paper researches the key Techniques of Valve process planningknowledge management. in the part of Knowledge acquisition, this paper mainlystudied the method of technical document knowledge automatically extracting andmulti-objective optimization problems in the process; in the part of Knowledgerepresentation,this paper studied mainly the application of framework representationand production representation in representing process planning knowledge; in the part of knowledge reproduction, this paper mainly studied Case knowledge reasoningbased on similarity matching and knowledge reasoning Based on the rules matchingmatrix; in the last part this paper studied mainly knowledge push Based on the user roleand process node.Part four: this paper introduces the development of valve process planningknowledge management system. Firstly this paper established a system architecture,secondly designed the function of the knowledge management system and establishedthe system function structure tree, last introduced the system development tools andcode implementation of some parts of the system.Part five: This paper introduces knowledge management system successfullyapplied in the enterprise, this case verify the scientific nature and effectiveness of ourresearch results.
