| As an important part of driving the efficient operation of construction machinery,the assembly quality of construction machinery engine directly affects the product quality and operation performance of the whole machine.Aiming at the problem that the traditional assembly process of construction machinery engine lacks effectively organized knowledge and relies heavily on human experience,this thesis introduces knowledge graph and knowledge push technologies into the assembly process of construction machinery engine.The framework of construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge modeling and push is constructed by analyzing the characteristics of construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge.Key technologies such as knowledge acquisition,modeling and push of engine assembly process of construction machinery engine are studied.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)An overall framework for modeling and pushing construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge is built.The method of acquiring construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge is discussed by analyzing the characteristics of assembly process knowledge of construction machinery engine.Combining the knowledge graph technology and the engine assembly process knowledge pushing model based on immune mechanism,the overall framework of knowledge modeling and push of construction machinery engine assembly process is built,which mainly includes four modules: knowledge modeling module,knowledge demand analysis module,knowledge push module and human-computer interaction module.Then,the realization process of construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge modeling and push are analyzed.(2)A knowledge model of the construction machinery engine assembly process is constructed.The entity and relationship of construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge are extracted by using the entity extraction technology based on BERT-BiLSTMCRF and the relationship extraction method based on BERT-CNN_BiLSTM-CRF.On this basis,high-quality construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge entities and relationships are obtained through a knowledge fusion process based on Trans R.Neo4 j is used to construct the knowledge graph of construction machinery engine assembly process,which lay the important foundation for the knowledge push method of construction machinery engine assembly process.(3)A knowledge push method for construction machinery engine assembly process based on immune mechanism is studied.By analyzing user information,user behavior and user preferences,a multidimensional antigen model of user knowledge demand is studied.The immune cellular expression of engine assembly process knowledge is proposed by analyzing the encapsulation process of engine assembly process knowledge.On this basis,the knowledge push method of user’s knowledge need based on immune mechanism is studied.Then the semantic similarity between knowledge items is used to initially screen the construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge that meets the needs of process designers.The affinity of immune algorithm is used for secondary screening,and then the knowledge items of TOP-N are selected to push for the process designers in time.(4)Construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge service system is designed,developed and verified.The prototype system of construction machinery engine assembly process knowledge service is designed and the overall development environment of the system is introduced.And then the functions of each module of the assembly process knowledge service system are verified through engine cylinder head assembly examples. |
