In recent years, with the rapid development of power grid in our country, theelectromagnetic environment problem has become more and more prominent, especiallythe power frequency electric field problem caused by transmission line and substationhas been concerned by the public, and relative standards have been made by state tolimit the electric field strength.It is great significant to accurately calculate the electricfield around wires because it can provide reference for the designing of line layout andthe evaluation of electromagnetic environment.Now the calculation on electric fieldaround transmission line is mainly aimed at inner span, but research on line endespecially around power tower is little.Power tower serves as an important structure tosupport high voltage transmission line, it is complicated and open to the uncontrollablepublic environment, it obviously can affect the nearby electric environment, so in-depthstudy on electric field distribution around power tower is urgently required.Substationhas complex electric structure, various high voltage wires are arranged in a crisscrosspattern, in order to analyze the electric field distribution in substation, reasonablemethod is required for modeling and calculation, and provide reference for the planningand design of substation.Focusing on this task, the3-D electric field distribution near power tower oftransmission line and in substation is studied base on charge simulation method(CSM)in this paper.The concrete work and achievements are as followers:①A3-D electric field mathematical calculation model of500kV overheadtransmission line is built according to parabolic equation of wire, the3-D powerfrequency electric field over ground under this line is calculated with CSM, thefeasibility of this method is validated by measurement, and the character of3-D electricfield distribution under line is analyzed and discussed.②A modeling method of power tower calculation model based on CSM is putforward, with which can effectively calculate the3-D electric field distribution overground around power tower, which can more truly reflect the changes of electric field inthis area.③A3-D electric field mathematical calculation model around500kV selfsupporting wineglass type tower is built, the character of electric field distribution inthis area and the effects of power tower on nearby electric field is analyzed, the factors affecting the calculation results are discussed.A method to calculate the powerfrequency electric field under overhead transmission line in a span with theconsideration of power tower is put forward.④A3-D electric field mathematical calculation model around500kV double circuitangle strain tower is built, the character of electric field distribution around angle toweris analyzed, and the rationality of model and the accuracy of calculation result isvalidated by measurement.⑤The surface electric field of sub-conductors around power tower is calculatedcombined with the optimum location algorithm for simulation charges, the effects ofpower tower on surface electric field are analyzed and the factors affecting thecalculation results are discussed.⑥A mathematical calculation model of110kV and220kV substation distributionarea is built based on CSM, the electric field distribution in this area and along workcorridors and station limits are analyzed, and the factors affecting the calculation resultsare discussed....
