Water is one of the most valuable factors constitute the urban natural environment;the Waterfront Landscape is the collective resources of the people of the city and publiclandscape. In the context of the times unique to China, Chongqing is experiencing aperiod of great change for an urban functions, structure and spatial landscape. In thisspeeding surreal urbanization, real estate development has no doubt become the needsof the largest and fastest growing industries. The face of the rapid trend of thedevelopment of the real estate market and occupies a waterfront area, as well asRiverside real estate construction formed the visual landscape of Riverside severedamage to the extensive development mode, as urban planning and design practitioners,what should be the construction of the Riverside residence at the same time, how to planfor the benefit of the city of sustainable human development and the maintenance of itsbeautiful Riverside Public landscape resources strategy? The paper try to discover theanswer from the point of view of the empirical research.In the introduction section,we introduce the research background,significance,related concepts defined object of study,research methods, research overview andresearch framework,then proposes the research question——The Influence caused byreal estates along the riversides on the Riverside visual scenery in central districts ofChongqing City.ChapterII, the Chapter III and Chapter IV belong to the parallel study chapters,they are also the the the analysis of of this article Preparation section, being divided intothree clues of wordings:In the ChapterII, we focus on the study of theory and practice of the the UrbanWaterfront visual landscape control. First introducing three theories-the theory of theCity Image, the visual design elements of the landscape and its organization theory andthe Overlooking landscape protectioning theory. Secondly the U.S. city of Chicago,New York, Boston, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, St. Louis; Paris, France; London andcities in China, Hong Kong, waterfront landscape control experience. Finally, in thesummary of this chapter summarizes the main points of the theory and practiceRiverside visual landscape control elements or measures.The third chapter is discussed in Riverside visual scenery control system, thesystem includes the value of composition, values, control elements, control method of introduction and explanation.On this basis, discusses the four core content of RiversideProperty Riverside visual landscape research framework and analytical methodsproposed this study-Visual permeability, depth-of-field level, contour and downs,three-dimensional perception, to prepare for the later study.Chapter IV mainly expounds the main city of Chongqing Riverside real estatedevelopment process and the summary of the status quo of the main problems, inparticular, discusses the Riverside Property Riverside visual landscape.
