It is imminent to solve engine exhaust pollution and improve the engine performanceas emissions regulations are stringent and environmental pollution is more and moreserious. The ignition timing directly affects the dynamics and economy of the engine. It iseasy to knock if the ignition timing is too early. If ignition timing is too late, theperformance of the engine will be worse. So, optimizing the ignition timing from asingle-cylinder four-stroke electronic-controlled engine in the Method of combiningexperiment and simulation is important. And at the same time the best ignition timingMAP will be got for Self-developed ignition system of ECU.In order to calibrating the parameter in the injector model ignition model and throttlemodel, engine power torque fuel consumption injection quantity initial ignition timing andthe inlet pressure in the throttle have been got from the bench test on honda CB125single-cylinder four-stroke engine. The relationship between throttle percentage andthrottle flow coefficient is got from the intake pressure of throttle and theoretical formula. The simulation model of single-cylinder four-stroke electronic-controlled engine isestablished by using AVL BOOST. And the effects of parameters of quasi-dimensionalcombustion model on engine is analysed in this paper. Through comparison betweenexperimental and simulation data, verify the relative accuracy of the model. At the sametime analyse the effects of igniition timeing on power IMEP Maximum explosion pressureand the corner Residual gas. The curves of Pressure and temperature in the intake andexhaust pipe is got for further research.Multidisciplinary design optimization is used in this paper. In the environment ofISIGHT, integrate BOOST.Optimize the ignition timing of single-cylinder four-strokeelectronic-controlled engine with the goal of maximum engine power and the constraintsof IMEP Maximum explosion pressure and the corner. At last get the ignition timing MAP.
