Research On The Design Of Deformation Resistant High-rise Building Structure Above Coal Goaf Area

The coal resources has been mined heavily in China, and became the leading economicresources in several cities in China. In these cities, the phenomenon of goaf collapse iscommon causta series of problems to the development of urban construction. With theaccelerated implementation of infrastructure and the continuous development ofurbanization, the land available for development and utilization becomes seriouslydeficient. In order to resolve the actual situation, people have to build high-rise buildingabove the goal area.However, it is necessary to guarantee the quality and safety of the high-riseconstruction projects in the goal area. In order to determine the feasibility of newbuildings,we have to analyze and making comments of the goaf stability of the sites.Therefore,“Should we construct high-rise buildings in the goaf area? How many layersshould we bulid?” has became the most significant problems to be solved. The risingproposed technical measures for high resistance to deformation on the basis provide ascientific basis for the proposed works.Take the coal goaf area of Huaibei city as an example, it make a numerical simulationand analysis on the goaf areas by ADINA finite element engineering analysis software as aplatform.of the model by stress and displacement analysis. The stress analysis are on theprincipal of the influence of goaf building depth and avoiding overlap the influence of goafheight to definite the loads of the building or building floors, and draw a general disciplineof surface deformation by displacement analysis.For similar projects, it provides a good reference on the corresponding issue researchby making a numerical simulation on the goaf areas through ADINA finite elementengineering analysis software and disposing the results of the calculations by stress anddisplacement analysis, which is of great theoretical and practical value.
