It is extremely competitive in international ship building industry market. In order to achieve higher economic benefits, ship enterprises around the world continue to research and explore new ship construction process and efficient management concepts. The CIMS technology that widely used promotes the information management level of the ship enterprise rapidly. At present, ship construction process uses the block manufacturing pattern, divides the hull into each block according to the region, and each block is made independently, finally all the completed blocks will be closed on the slipway. Block as an important intermediate product in the ship construction process plays a key role in the ship construction project quality management and schedule management. Ship enterprises on the one hand need to meet timing constraints generated by the network carrying figure, the other hand, to meet the resource constraints of labors and venues. Now the whole planning process relies on the human experience, which has restricted the block manufacture efficiency seriously.Based on the above research background, this topic has borrowed ideas from the domestic and foreign relevant research results. According to the difficulty of the preparation of block manufacturing plan for ship construction and low efficiency in the implementation, this topic puts forward an optimization method of making block manufacture plan, and demonstrates the efficiency of this method through a lot of test data.It is first to analyze the ship building block manufacturing process, describe the detailed main attribute of tasks and resources with formal language, get timing constraint relation between tasks, such as assembly, block outfitting and block painting, and resources constraint relation generated by labors and venues in the task scheduling produce. The optimized object is the shortest project period, and ship building block manufacturing plan problem is abstracted as resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP), established the mathematical model of the block manufacturing plan problem. The description of attributes associated tasks and resources of block manufacturing plan is quantitive, and the constraints and optimization objectives are met.Using a heuristic algorithm that based on priority rules to design the suitable priority rules to calculate task priority and priority rules of venues resource distribution, and in this topic we also put forward the solution of resource conflict, based on the block manufacturing plan mathematical model. Optimized object is to minimize project period. The result of many testing data validating shows that the algorithm can get an approximation solution of block manufacturing plan problem.At last, we design and realize the ship building block manufacturing plan system, entry block manufacturing plan tasks and resources relevant data, set operation parameters, and you can get block manufacturing plan that meeting the constraints to arrange start time and end time of tasks and allocate resources. This has an important significance to make block manufacturing plan of the ship enterprise.
