The block loading process for the cruise ship project is the crucial part in the general assembly shipbuilding mode,which directly affects whether the cruise ship project can proceed smoothly.The block loading process for the cruise ship project is different from the manufacturing process at the workshop level.It is highly dependent on the key production resources such as docks and gantry,and the construction environment is disturbed by a variety of external factors.The method of traditional production scheduling for production scheduling control cannot meet its optimization needs anymore.Therefore,the optimization technology of block loading process for cruise ship project is studied.The loading network plan is taken as the core in this paper,the research on operation time estimation of block loading and resource balance method of gantry will be included,and then simulation verification is carried out.Firstly,the current research situation of block loading network plan for the cruise ship,operation time estimation of block loading and gantry balance method are briefly addressed.Then,the basic construction model and loading workflow for cruise ship are analyzed,moreover,the loading network plan for cruise ship construction is discussed,including the planning characteristics,factors affecting the planning and optimization methods.The key issues of optimizing the block loading process is proposed.Regarding to the many irrationalities in the operation time of block loading which is determined based on the previous experience mainly,a mathematical model for block loading time estimation is established.The block loading time estimation method based on RBF neural network is designed,and the optimal operation time is obtained through training and learning for samples.The block loading process for the cruise ship project is highly dependent on the crucial and non-replaceable resource such as docks and gantry.Based on the determination of the dock cycle,the resource balance for gantry is the key to optimization.The mathematical model of gantry resource balance in the light of the constraint of minimum standard deviation of resource usage and multiple resource constraints is proposed.The solution strategy based on the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is designed,and a case study is carried out.Based on the solution of these two problems,the optimal block loading network plan is obtained.Finally,a simulation software is applied to make the verification,and the block loading network plan is taken as the input,and the simulation results under different block loading network plan are given,which verifies feasibility,effectiveness and superiority of the methods that this paper proposed.
