The basalt fiber is just a new developed fiber material in recent years in China,ithas a unique mechanical properties and has a natural compatibility with concrete.it isfriendly to the environment and Basalt fiber reinforced concrete is a research hotspot inrecent years.In today’s People-centered society and Construction of environment-friendly green traffic facilities,it caused growing widespread concern in the field ofhighway engineering.This paper focuses on the experimental study on pavement performance of basaltfiber reinforced concrete,mainly research on enhancement of the basic mechanicalproperties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete,and Depth research and analysis on thepreparation process of the concrete specimens and the early strength of it.In addition,Combined with theory and SEM images,the strengthening mechanism of fiber concreteis reasonably analyzed,and the application of basalt fiber reinforced concrete in highwayengineering is explored.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the basic mechanical properties of the experiment research on pavementperformance of basalt fiber reinforced concrete was completed,mainly focuses on thedifferent water-cement ratio and the different fiber volume content of basalt fiberreinforced concrete in the test of compressive strength、flexural strength and flexuraltoughness index.The result shows that the basalt fiber did not enhance the compressivestrength of concrete against the flexural strength had different degrees ofimprovement.when the fiber volume content is0.1%,Basalt fiber reinforced concretecan get the same compressive strength performance with plain concrete,And get the bestflexural strength effect,the improve range at about20%.Through the flexural toughnesstest founds that the destroy forms of fiber reinforced concrete reflects the characteristicsof brittle fracture.Secondly,The specimen preparation process of fiber reinforced concrete and fiberreinforced mechanism was studied.According to the different ways of fiber mixed,Using the direct method、the thrown into method and the cement paste wrapped methodof specimen preparation process tested the performance impact of basalt fiber reinforcedconcrete,the result shows that the enhancement of the thrown into method of concretespecimen preparation process was the best,and through the SEM photos,combined with the theory,the enhancement mechanism of the different concrete specimen preparationprocess of the microscopic structure was analyzed.At last,Based on the above results,Choose the optimal fiber volume content(0.1%)and the thrown into method of specimen preparation process to research and analysis onthe early strength of the concrete,which doped with early strength agent、fiber and otherdifferent circumstances.According to the results,founds that the basalts fiber reinforcedconcrete has a good performance as road materials in the pavement repair、rapid openingtraffic and the cement pavement structure calculation....
