Especially at present,compared with a limited level of navy and air force, the highway has thoseoutstanding features that are large capacity, quickly and easily, covering a widerange of china. These characteristics will play an important role in the future wars.Therefore at this stage, carry out the study to use the highway for militarytransportation is the best way to solve transportation problems of our army. And theresearch will play an active role in promoting the performance of military traffic.This paper researched the key point of highway military transportation inwartime. Aimed the main components of military transportation, summarized theorganization planning and implementation process, and provided a practical militarytransportation program for wartime.Through systematic analyzed the characteristics of highway and militarytransportation activities, and puts forward some safety measures of local reformplan of highway to meet the requirements of the military transport. Using minimumspanning tree method to simplify the complex network, and connected the path ofthe highest reliability for goals, apply Dijkstra algorithm from simplified network o fchoose the best military transport routes; Join the resistance of wartime asconstraint conditions, for choosing the alternative routes.Finally, through the virtual case of Fujian Military Region wartimetransportation to verify the results of this article, and the conclusion shows that theresearch results of this paper has a certain degree of operability and practical, andcan provide a reference to solve some wartime highway military transport... |
