With increasing of economy and standard of living, people’s demand tocomfortable and healthy building environment becomes more and more urgent, andthen it leads to a sharp increasing of building energy consumption. So, it is necessaryto study on building energy consumption, especially the energy consumption ofresidential buildings. Therefore, this paper studies energy consumption of residentialbuilding in Tianjin by the method of investigation, testing, mathematical analysis andbuilding energy simulation. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper has selected463representative urban households in Tianjincity and carried out a questionnaire survey on. The detailed content is as follows:basic information, energy consumption data, equipment list and equipment list. Theresults show monthly mean energy consumption quantity in Tianjin revealed seasonalobserved variations and there are differences among different households for differentouter envelope, life style, and the concept of energy consumption.Secondly, the average energy consumption of houses is obtained in Tianjin.Heating energy consumption is0.35GJ/m~2·a. The electrical energy consumption is29.27kWh/m~2·a. The energy consumption of the water is0.99t/m~2·a. The energyconsumption of the gas is0.97m3/m~2·a. From the demand from households’ energyconsumption side, the average annual energy consumption per unit area for overallhousehold in Tianjin is485MJ/m~2·a. The average level of per capita energyconsumption are18.28GJ/p·a. The level of energy consumption per household is52.53GJ/a, and get the form of energy and the energy consumption of the total energyconsumption in the proportion distribution. From all households in primary energyconsumption side, the annual energy consumption of the unit area for generalhouseholds in Tianjin is29.59kgce/m~2·a, the average level of per capita energyconsumption is1106kgce/p·a, and the level of energy consumption per household is3211kgce/a. The heat consumption per unit area of two and three step energyconservation area per unit of area respectively are0.32GJ/m~2and0.28GJ/m~2.Thirdly, using partial correlations and multi-linear regression analysis in SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software, this paper analyzes theinfluencing factors of energy consumption of residential building. Conclusion isobtained that the energy consumption of the residential buildings are closely related to domestic population, floor area, the style of air conditioning and the energyconsumption of the residential buildings, and per unit area is closely related todomestic population, building era, the style of heating; the regression equation modelsof influence factors on residential building total energy consumption and unit areaenergy consumption were founded.Finally, changes in scope of the effects of various factors on energy consumptioncan be obtained with eQuest considering the different the COP of householdair-conditioner, envelope and the end form of the heating.
