Building energy consumption quota is refers to the number of building energy consumption in use process,intended to control the consumption end of the primary energy consumption of buildings from building energy and to optimize energy use and improve the way the purpose of energy consciousness.Tianjin now for residential buildings,office buildings,hotels,hotels,hospitals and other categories of buildings are formulated corresponding energy consumption statistics and energy consumption quota.On the basis of hospital energy consumption analysis,the hospital building energy consumption quota was researched in Tianjin district,so as to provide reference for Tianjin energy consumption quota system,promote the development of hospital building energy saving in Tianjin region.The total energy consumption of the hospital was got by statistical analysis method,resulted that the average proportion of hospitals heating energy consumption of total energy consumption was 33.7%,and the average proportion of cooling energy consumption of total energy consumption was 14.2%.The partial correlation were analyzed for total energy consumption influence factors by using SPSS statistical software.Analysis shows: the significant factors of hospital total heating energy consumption is the building area,the significant factors of total cooling energy consumption is the total revenue and he building area,the significant factors of the total hospital construction energy consumption were building area and the total revenue.And the energy consumption intensity was analyzed,the results showed that: the range of hospitals heating energy intensity was 9.1~21.18 kgce /(m2·a),the median is 14.70kgce/(m2·a);the range of cooling energy intensity was 3.57~13.84kgce/(m2·a)kgce/(m2·a),the median is 6.64kgce/(m2·a),hospital's total energy consumption intensity was ranged from 31.68~65.11kgce/(m2·a),the median is 46.58kgce/(m2·a).Partial correlation analysis of the influence factors of energy consumption intensity showed that significant correlation factors of heating energy consumption were gross income of unit building area and the heat source form.Significant correlation factors of the cooling and total energy consumption of unit building area was gross income of unit building area.the statistics of different forms of heating energy consumption showed that,heating energy consumption of unit building area of hospital with using municipal heat network and coal-fired boiler was bigger,and on the contrary which was smaller with forms of heat source of water source heat pump and ground source heat pump.Through the actual classification analysis of energy consumption,the influence of level of hospitals and hospital category for heating energy intensity was small,and the influence of level of hospitals to the cooling energy consumption and the total energy consumption intensity was large.In this paper,the hospital building energy consumption quota target of Tianjin district was made on the basis of the statistics analysis,with the heating energy consumption quota value was 14.70kgce/(m2·a)which the corresponding limit level was 0.47,and building energy consumption quota value was 46.58kgce/(m2·a)which the corresponding limit level of 0.47.Combined with the characteristics of the energy consumption of the hospital at the same time,quota correction methods were studied that the building energy consumption was corrected using the intensity of business correction factor and the value of the correction factor were determined in the paper.
