The main topic of this thesis is to study how to apply the speech-recognitiontechnology to the automobile air conditioning control. By using the speechrecognition signal, the driver can control the automotive air conditioning by his handswithout leaving the steering wheel, so as to improve the safety during driving the car.This system chooses STM32F103VET6as the main processor which is based on theARM Cortex-M3core. The chip of LD3320by ICRoute is selected asvoice-recognition chip. The system controls the model damper, mixing damper, recurdamper, compressor, blower, rear defrost according to the voice control signal andtemperature, humidity, light intensity when the automobile in the running process.A signal acquisition of temperature, humidity, light intensity by A/D converterwhich is12bit based on STM32. The model damper, mixing damper, recur damperare controlled by the rotation of the corresponding motor, and judge whether thedamper has been rotated to the specified position according to the feedback signal, thecompressor and the rear defrost are controlled by the related relay. The size ofblower’s air can be adjusted by changing the duty of control signal. At the same time,in order to transfer the parameters of automobile air conditioning in the runningprocess timely and convenient for the fault detection of system, this system alsoprovides a CAN communication interface.we use EAGLE to draw the System’scircuit board which is a platform of hardware design, and C language as the languagefor software development, Keil uVision4as the platform for software development.The speech-recognition-based automotive air conditioning control system iscompleted after the system requirements analysis, design and implementation ofhardware and software, system testing.
