Social surveys and studies have shown that older people will weaken their physical functions and memory as they grow older,while modern smart homes mainly embody automation,intelligence,and networking,and are targeted at the main young and middle-aged groups in society.So far,research in this area has focused on the needs of young and middle-aged groups,and there are relatively few studies on how to improve the pleasantness of smart homes in response to the needs of the elderly.The research goal of this paper is based on the problem of weakened physical function and memory loss of the elderly,combined with the cutting-edge development technology of smart home,research and design intelligent integrated systems such as voice control,real-time monitoring,regular reminders,and timely exercise.This article introduces the overall scheme and functional requirements of the smart home system for the elderly in detail,and designs the hardware and software parts of the system.The main control center uses the STM32F407 microprocessor as the core processor to monitor the LD3320 voice control module,photoresistor module,smoke sensor module and Kinect sensor module,and communicate with the mobile phone through the ESP8266 WIFI module.Microprocessing STM32F407 receives signals sensed by sensors to control indoor lights,doors,windows,curtains,air conditioners,etc.to adjust indoor environmental parameters,smoke sensors detect and leak alarms in time,Kinect somatosensors monitor the state of the elderly and fall alarms through falls,Timer regularly reminds the elderly to take medicine exercise.The elderly can communicate with the mobile phone through the ESP8266 WIFI module and interact with the non-specific LD3320 voice recognition control,so that the mobile phone can timely check the room status and voice intelligent control of the home status.The software part uses the Keil MDK v5 software for programming,and the ESP8266 WIFI module,LD3320 voice control module,smoke photosensitive sensor,timer,etc.are programmed by calling the STM32F4 official library to control and monitor the home.The test and analysis of the smart home control system for the elderly shows that the system can monitor the status of the home in real time with non-specific voice control and mobile phone APP,intelligently control the status of the door and window lights of the home,promptly report smoke and gas leaks,and the elderly Timely fall detection and alarming and regular reminding the elderly to exercise and take medicine.At the same time,the system is simple and easy to use,low price,stable and reliable and expandable,which provides the possibility of promoting the smart home for the elderly.
