Study On Layout Of Tianjin Rural Highway Networks Under The Background Of Rural Urbanization

Along with the state’s proposal of expediting the socialist new countrysideconstruction process gradually, China’s rural economic and social development meetsthe significant development phase. Rural highway, as the predominating and basicfacility in the rural area, is even the sole traffic path for the prosperity of the rural area.Therefore, scientifically formulating plan for the rural highway network layout andincreasing the road network service level is realistically significant to promote theeconomic growth of the rural area.By taking Tianjin rural highway as the research object and combining theplanning process of Tianjin rural urbanization, the appraisal system for Tianjin ruralhighway network is established. Through appraisal analysis, the problems existing inthe status quo of rural highway are raised. Through connectivity analysis, time seriesmethod, territory coefficient and MLR (multiple linear regression) and other methods,the rational scale of rural highway network is forecasted. Based on Urban SystemPlanning for Tianjin City and the impact analysis of rural urbanization on thedevelopment of rural highway and in combination of the forecasted rational roadnetwork scale and through combined method of node importance and straight lineconnection, the rational layout is conducted for Tianjin rural highway network. Inconsequence, the specific scale and hierarchical organization of rural highwayplanning is obtained and the stage implementation goal for the road network planningis proposed. Considering fund raising for road network planning, it is raised to expandthe rural highway planning implementation fund channel according to the existingfinancial channel and from the aspects of government and society to effectively solvethe fund puzzle of rural highway network planning in this paper.Lastly, by combining the highway modern index of Tianjin, the final layout scaleand hierarchical organization of the rural highway network is analyzed fromtechnology and economic society in this paper. Through research, it is proved that theplanned specific rural highway scale and hierarchical organization lives up to themodern development process of Tianjin highway, thus the economic and socialdevelopment of Tianjin rural areas is effectively boosted and the anticipated goal isfulfilled.
