The Design And Implementation Of Rail Transport Fault Centralized Alarm System

The communication system of the rail transportation equipment is more complex,which consists of the subsystems of unattended transmission, program-controlledexchange, wireless, CCTV monitoring, radio, clock, special communication andpower. TEL/ALM (Telecommunication Alarm system) is an important part of thespecial communication system of the rail transportation. It provides real-timemonitoring for the running status for other subsystems and full network view formaintainer. It is also an operation support system for the special communicationsystem. At present, centralized alarm system has been introduced into the specialcommunication system of the rail transportation in major cities and it provides unifiedalarm management for transmission and communication for the subsystems.According to the operation failure warning requirements of the communicationequipment of a city, this thesis designed and implemented the centralized alarmsystem of the rail transportation. This system can collect alarms of the subsystems,analysis equipment fault, configure equipment and manage the topology. Besides, thesystem connects a short message alarm platform. Via short message, the system willsend important alarms to the operating maintainers.Adopt the modular design, this system has strong function and easy to expand. Ithas already becomes an indispensable part of the communication system of the railtransportation. It provides a network management platform of interdisciplinary andcross system for the metro maintainers. It improves the rate of failure andtroubleshooting, enhances the automatic levels of the metro equipment alarm andprocessing and adds the processing seed of the alarm fault. It advances the operatingquality of the rail transportation equipment and ensures the normal operation of thesubway.
