The method of strengthening Reinforced Concrete by bolting plate is getting moreand more popular in recent year, it fixes the plate to the surface of Reinforced Concretewith anchor bolts. When the member is deformed by loading, the bolts extrude the wallof the hole in the plate and force the plate deformed with the concrete, then the memberand plate become a co stressing system. Compared with the technique of bonded plateto strengthening Reinforced Concrete, it has lots of advantage such as extensiveapplicability and simple mechanics model, and it can avoid desquamation effectively.To talk about the reliability and safety of the strengthening Reinforced Concrete, theShear behavior of the bolts gets a conclusive effect for the whole Reinforce system.However in the condition of insufficient code and apply in engineering, inlandexperimental study of Shear behavior of the bolts are relatively deficient.In this thesis I focus on the study of bolts shear behavior under different bondingcondition, and even more exploration of bolts shear behavior bonding by inorganicmaterial. The significance is conspicuous. Although organic material like epoxy whichextensive used at present are well performance in mechanics behavior, it has anoteworthy defect that the fire-resistant behavior dose not reach the stander of structuralfire extinguish. Research shows that when temperature degree rise up to36℃thestrength of the glue begin to decline and lose it at300℃, totally destroy when above300℃. If the construction catch a fire, the member reinforced by bolting plate withorganic material cat not only show the protection behavior but also be a potential danger.However inorganic material is un-burn material, research shows it has a good andlong-term fire-resistance behavior, the strength is equally to high strength concrete,therefore it has a great significance to study the shear behavior of bolt bonding byinorganic material.This article contain a comparison of bolt shear behavior bonding by organic andinorganic material to provide a fundamental research result for that bolt bonding byinorganic material can instead of organic in the method of bolt plate. Meanwhile inpractical structure reinforcement the member always has some crack zone where boltsplaced on, so it also has practical value to study the shear behavior of bolts in crackzone.To sum up, in order to achieve the experimental objective, this article presents48 bolts shear experiment placed on two concrete beam. It concludes:①Load the beam to get some crack zone uniformly distribute on middle of the twobeam, and the crack width controlled between0.2mm~0.3mm.②24bolts bond by epoxy resin on one of the beams, and8of them placed in crackzone to study the factor effecting the shear behavior of the bolt scientifically.③24bolts bond by inorganic material on the other beams, the way to place thebolts is as same as last beam to study the shear behavior of bolts bonded by inorganicmaterial deeply, and expecting a fundamental research result for that bolt bonding byinorganic material can instead of organic in the method of bolt plate.
