The strengthening system of direct shear bolting plate has showed good effect in normal section flexural strengthening reinforced concrete, it can greatly improve the flexural bearing capacity and stiffness of reinforced component, enhance the anti stripping performance between steel and concrete, effectively delay crack development and significantly improved the mechanical properties of reinforced component. The main character of direct shear bolting plate lies in its ability to make the contact between bolt and hole tight enough so that the group of bolts can work with synergy and perform full advantage of the shear stiffness and material properties of steel plate. The overall performance of a RC member after strengthening is ensured due to this important feature. Compared with the traditional way of paste steel reinforcement, this new reinforcement technique is economic, construction is simple and convenient, the strengthening method can effectively avoid stripping phenomenon between steel and concrete, at the same time it also has the certain fire resistance.In the strengthening system of direct shear bolting plate, the stress of steel plate mainly comes from the shear deformation of anchor, so the number of anchor bolts and the section size of steel plate is the key factor that affect the flexural capacity of reinforced beam, at the same time in order to compare with the early experiment by team, therefore, by changing the thickness of steel plate and space of anchor bolt, through the nonlinear finite element analysis with ABAQUS and experiment, we can research the flexural bearing capacity, stress of steel bar, stress of steel plate, shear deformation of anchor and explore the overall performance about reinforced concrete beam with the strengthening system of direct shear bolting plate.The content of this thesis consists of:① Basic theories: This paper briefly introduces the types of the anchor bolt, the damage form of connection and the main factors influencing the flexural bearing capacity of anchor bolt, and put forward the bending reinforcement mechanism of the strengthening system of direct shear bolting plate;② FEM analysis: Applying finite element software of ABAQUS studies the flexural reinforcement effect with direct shear bolting plate by changing the thickness of steel plate and space of anchor bolt, compared with the team early confirmatory test, this paper can further argument the necessity of strengthening system using direct shear bolting plate;③ Experimental study: The thesis make one T-shape reinforced beam, in order to save cost and improve the efficiency of the experiment, the beam section size, configuration of longitudinal steel and strength of concrete in T-shape beam are the same with the team early experiment, by changing the thickness of steel plate and space of anchor bolt, it can further explore the range of flexural bearing capacity by strengthening system of direct shear bolting plate, by measuring the load value, deformation of anchor bolt, strain of steel plate, deflection to analysis and verify the characteristics and advantages of the strengthening system of direct shear bolting plate;④ Conclusion: through the analysis of finite element simulation and the research of experiment results, it will draw the final conclusions of this thesis.
