High speed railway should have the high quality service, rapid emergencyprocessing capacity and reasonable maintenance costs for high security, high comfort,high reliability and high durability. First of all, we should find key defects of highspeed railway infrastructure to avoiding risks and ensuring the safety of life. Thesecond, we should know well the high speed line infrastructure condition in real timein order to maintain the scientific guidance. Railway track is the key infrastructure ofthe high-speed rail.The paper deeply analyses the current surroundings of China high speed railwayinfrastructure, and focus on the high speed railway infrastructure monitoring problem,combined with embedded computer technology, automatic control technology andcommunication technology, having done some work for testing and processing thesignal of the high speed railway environmental temperature, the temperature of rail,rail to rail plate displacement, displacement and rail track plate arch stress, etc.First, the paper analyses high-speed rail infrastructure environment of the presentChina, estimating the parameters of the system, studying the integrity of the system,and expound all the module, determined a technical scheme which is attainable.Second,this paper designed a double probe displacement sensor according to thescheme,and explored a way of measuring stress by the magnetism. What is more, thispaper discussed the feasibility of the sensor in theory.Third, According to the scheme, I designed and implemented a data acquisitionterminal which used STM8L single-chip microcomputer as main control chip, and useSIM900wireless communication module to implement transmitting SMS and data.The existing temperature sensor and stress sensor and the displacement sensor whichis designed by my own are used as data acquisition module. Combined with lowpower consumption embedded system technology, the paper realized low powerconsumption of the remote control.Fourth, it was proved that this system can very good finish the work thatcollecting the signal of the temperature of high speed railway, the relativedisplacement and the stress, and process and upload the information under thecondition of laboratory, through laboratory environment joint debugging andcomputer simulation. During the process the system runs steadily, has high reliabilityand durability. This design which is used to measure high-speed rail displacement andtemperature and stress can be achieved with environmental temperature, thetemperature of rail, rail to rail plate displacement, the displacement of rail track platearch, the stress testing after the test application. It can be able to send the data backaccurately, and realized to monitor the safety of the railway infrastructure condition inreal-time and effective. It has a far-reaching significance for the development ofrailway in our country, the national political and even in the military.
