This topic carries on the design of elevator group control, in order to meet the higher vocational education "the electrical control and PLC curriculum for teaching carrier requirements.This topic based on mitsubishi PLC technology platform, in the elevator drive system, adopts the frequency conversion debugging, energy conservation, environmental protection, high efficiency. In order to improve the accuracy of elevator control, capsules with rotary encoder to position detection, high-speed counter pulse number statistics, with data processing program. To achieve three elevator group control, adopt industrial cc-link fieldbus communication, realizing master-slave control, the main control USES mitsubishi Q series PLC, from the stand with mitsubishi FX2N, guarantees the teaching experiment equipment technology advanced, the use of the safety and convenience, make the equipment control system with modern advanced level, to enhance the students’ interest in training, and improve the students’ understanding of the training content, at the same time, strengthen students’ practical operation ability.Through the demand analysis, this topic mainly completed include: application of the system hardware design, system application software, single elevator running control program design, the three elevators combined control program design, fieldbus communication Settings, and so on.Group control of elevator control system by the comprehensive test, and applied in the electrical control and PLC curriculum teaching, obtain good result, to reach the expected aim.
