Elevator group scheduling is key to improve the elevator operating efficiency and service quality, the elevator monitoring parameters is foundation of the elevator group control scheduling. With the title “Study on Energy-Efficient Scheduling Method of Group Elevators Based on Statistical Analysis”, the thesis firstly summarizes the elevator group control technology and analyses the research progress at home and abroad of elevator group scheduling method and elevator group energy-efficient scheduling method. Secondly, analyses the elevator field monitoring and remote monitoring program, designs node acquisition module and central processing module, and development elevator group scheduling monitoring system. Thirdly, establishes the model of elevator group control energy-saving scheduling method. Finally, builds and tests the complete set of monitoring system, and the simulation results show the effectiveness of the scheduling method. The research work has important academic value and reference significance to promote the high efficiency and low energy consumption of the elevator energy saving system. It is supported by the Guangzhou science and technology innovation project(No.2013J4400141). Main work of the thesis includes the following parts:(1) Based on elevator energy efficiency influence factors analysis, put forward the overall framework of elevator group monitoring system, and analysis the function of parameter acquisition module and the central processing module. According to the characteristics of the elevator’s field information, design hardware circuit of monitoring elevator electrical parameter and operation parameter acquisition module, analysis the acquisition module hardware working principle, the way of communication, sensor data acquisition process. Design the central processing module, analysis the working mechanism, task flow key circuit of memory module and human-computer interaction module.(2) Based on analysis of the functional requirements of elevator monitoring system, study on the overall framework and workflow of software. Then design field monitoring platform as the data central, scene node data processing and transmission, through STM32 module transplantation of u C/GUI, realize human-computer interaction, and design monitoring data storage module based on the Fat Fs file system. Develop remote monitoring platform based on MCGS configuration to achieve the remote management of elevator electrical parameters and operation parameters, and construction of MCGS real-time database, realize the elevator energy efficiency data statistics and curve display.(3) According to the characteristics of elevator traffic flow, the elevator traffic mode is analyzed and classified. To optimize elevator energy consumption and passengers waiting time, the establishment of corresponding control energy-saving scheduling model of four transportation modes and method of solving optimization model based on genetic algorithm is proposed.(4) Build and debug elevator monitoring system, test the main function module of the monitoring system, and test results show that the data is accurate. According to the characteristics of the elevator traffic flow based on the analysis of the energy consumption statistical data, the scheduling method is analyzed. The matlab simulation results show that the scheduling method can meet the needs of passengers waiting time and reduce the energy consumption of elevator effectively.The elevator monitoring system has been applied to a company, which can meet the demand of elevator function monitoring. At the same time, the proposed scheduling method is being tested in a research institute.
