By realizing the control artifices, we adopt INTERBUS fieldbus of high stability to transfer the signal and control the local devices, abstaining the problem of high disturbed info and low system's stability. This ensures the production of the tobacco on the rails. And adopting the INTERBUS fieldbus system of checking and locating quicking the failures ensures eliminating the failure in the time.The letterpress basing on analyzing industry control technologies, contraposing the matters of the former supervisory control system ,brings forward the control system model for ten air compressors in station, meantime improving the former system's control precept.The dissertation introduces the development of industry control technologies, analyses and investigates technologies of INTERBUS fieldbus and OPC. Secondly, it dissertates the design ideas of the system by adopting INTERBUS fieldbus transmitting info and controlling local devices, adopting technologies of OPC realizing exchange info between local controller and manager, developing industry control software-Citect based on WINDOWS to realize administrated station.
