lOkV Switching Station is the important establishment of the company distributing network,The realization of Integrated Switching Station Automation(ISSA)is of great significance in distribution automation.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and company, the thesis is on the basis of the status of10kV Switching Station, the author analyzed and compared the development and different viewpoints in the Integrated Substation Automation, and combined them with the structure and status of Switching Station, then decided a distributed—structure scheme. Contrast from the program determined the power access, using hierarchical distributed integrated automation system design. Discusses in detail the design of switching station substation in the main electrical wiring, electrical layout, short-circuit current calculation, equipment selection and Anti-interference measures such as the design of integrated automation features. The design is based on the best run in accordance with relevant regulations and norms, and completed to meet the power requirements of the area10kV switching station.To enhance the Electric power system management level, the design process uses a number of new technologies, new products, with the development of optimal design perspective, the level reached unattended.
