Under the background of economic globalization and increasingly specific markets, customer requirements present a development trend of diversification and individuation, and the customer-centric product customization has been widely paid attention by the business community and the academia. As the starting point of product customization, customer requirements that run through the full life cycle of customized products relate to the success or failure of the products. Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of customer requirements, the problems such as clustering customers, conflict resolution and transformation of customer requirements are deeply discussed in this dissertation, and then a dynamic model is built for processing customer requirements. The main research works of the dissertation are as follows:(1) The significance of dynamic processing for customer requirements is discussed, and under the premise of high efficiency and flexible structure of model, the cooperation of various departments in enterprise, the good communication and knowledge sharing are strengthened. By introducing computer, manufacturing and management techniques, the dynamic model of processing customer requirements is built, so the customer satisfaction and the efficiency of product development is greatly improved.(2) According to the hierarchical relations, customer requirement information is classified into two kinds:graded type and equal type. Directing at current researches which neglect of the equal type, that the demand information can’t be taken full advantage of, a fuzzy clustering algorithm is proposed for hybrid types. By considering the satisfaction of customers and the cost of companies, a feasibility index is presented and used to determine the best customer needs clustering and guide the product family planning.(3) For solving the conflicts among customer requirements, an integrated method of conflict resolution is proposed. Firstly, enterprise product model base and requirement expression template are established for preventing requirement conflicts in early time. Then the priority of the conflicts is determined basing on the degree of conflict coupling and the importance of requirements. Based the idea of parallel processing and dynamic feedback, the conflicts of customer requirements are solved effectively by using based-case reasoning (CBR), TRIZ and negotiation principles in turn.(4) Customer requirements are transformed to the product technical requirements by using QFD. For obtaining the relational product technical requirements and evaluating the importance of customer requirements, the ontology knowledge and hidden Markov chain model are used respectively to solve the two problems.
