Customer Requirements Analysing And Processing Oriented Green Design

Green design is the effectively approach to clear up the green trade barrier and enhance competitiveness of enterprise. Further more, green design is the inevitable choice to solve the problem of environment and resource shortage and conform to the sustainable development. Green design method, only combined with existing mature design method, can be powered by designer and work well. Analysing and processing customer requirements is one of key procedures in green design.The customers gradually pay attention to product environment performance in recent years, therefore, integrating the thought of green design into the analysing and processing customer requirements, it is necessary to study the analysing and processing customer requirement oriented green design.The basic theory and methods of product requirements analysing and processing oriented green design are researched, the implementation process of product requirements analysing and processing oriented green design is identified; On the basis of the analysis of characteristics of customer requirements for green products ,the gain technologies of green customer requirements for green products are studied;Setting up a fuzzy consistent matrix, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method is employed to identify the important levels of product environment requirements . A hierarchical framework of design requirements of the green product is given. Product environment requirements are mapped to design requirements of green products based on House of Quality (HoQ). Targeting on the optimized satisfaction of product environment requirements from customers, an optimized mathematic model is established and the corresponding algorithm is given. Design requirement conflicts of green products are eliminated by TRIZ. Finally, the analyzing and processing of product environment requirements of a dishwasher is exemplified to validate the method.
