Stage of complex mechanical product remanufacturing environment is complicated, the actual working conditions to make different types of equipment, spare parts number and status, quality of all kinds of uncertainty random disturbance factors occurred frequently, all kinds of parallel devices and constraint conditions has increased dramatically, making all kinds of complex mechanical product quality attributes in the process of remanufacturing and change constantly fusion, parts status, method of repair, processing and assembling process with high randomness and uncertainty, complex mechanical product disassembly, cleaning, detection, classification and manufacturing process or upgraded, assembly and testing process quality control points of each present a strong dynamic correlation, multiple constraints, such as highly nonlinear characteristics.
