With the rapid development of city economics, the urban transport system is gaining greater importance with the urban traffic system. As a subsystem of public transit, the public bus stop undertakes the task of distributing passengers. It has enormous impact on speed, convenience and comfort level of public transport services. How to optimize dispatching methods aiming at peak bus stops during rush hours is extremely crucial to improve the quality of bus dispatching.With the analysis and processing of collected integrated circuit (IC) card data, this paper contains valuable and necessary information for public transit dispatching and appropriate dispatching forms. After this, it establishes an optimized express bus dispatching model based on normal optimized bus dispatching model solved by genetic algorithm(GA).Firstly, this paper introduces the structure of the IC card, data collection and analysis processing and the judgment method of loading and unloading stop information from IC card passengers. To judge the unloading stop, this paper puts forward two estimation methods in theory.Secondly, this paper studies the impact factors, forms, selection methods and the optimized model of the urban public transit dispatching, expounding the GA used for solving the model.Finally, for the No.303route of Shenzhen, this paper integrates the express vehicle dispatching with express service (which stop only at a few stops) and local service (which stop at all stops), which is mainly used in order to reduce the waiting time of passengers during peak hours. The optimized model aims at the minimum cost of passengers’waiting time and company’s budget. A procedure based on the GA is provided to solve the problem with verified feasibility. Results show that the approach developed in this paper is effective and available in practice. |
