The bridge crane is an important transport handling equipment. It plays a pivotal role in the factories and enterprises in production and operation process and its efficiency level direct impact on the productivity of the factories and enterprises. And once malfunction will give the factories and enterprises bring huge economic losses and even cause injury.This paper proposed a dual station bridge crane centralized monitoring control strategies based on the deep research about the bridge crane control system of Tianjin Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company and the status of the bridge crane control system at home and abroad. It aims to improve the the bridge crane utilization efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the operator. And in accordance with the strategy the original bridge crane control system has been transformed. The use of a new way of positioning make the bridge crane is posited more accurate. The man-machine interface configuration can be made by the help of the industrial control computer. The structure of the computer is the main board and CPU which is conducive to the expansion of the system. Use the radio stations to set up wireless transmission networks. The wireless network connections central control room and two platform bridge crane. The operator simply in the control room can monitor two bridge cranes. On this basis use the Visual Basic development platform for the development and design of the control procedures. Finally write the PLC control program in order to meet the system requirements.After the completion of the overall design of the system, Using FTA analysis double platform bridge crane control system’s reliability. According to the composition of the system establish the fault tree analysis Figure. Using the Boolean algebra find the minimum cut sets of the system. According to relevant data analysis double platform bridge crane control system reliability, including qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The design of the system finally was applied in the actual application.
