The crane enjoys the reputation of “Hercules”.It efficiently work efficiency by all walks of life,and the bridge structure is the main bearing part of the bridge crane and its reliability determines the safety performance and life of the crane.Under the call of the country to the development of manufacturing power,the reliability of the crane industry is also particularly important.The traditional reliability model is mostly based on a single source of uncertainty analysis and research.In fact,the uncertainty factors in the crane bridge structure are the result of the combination of randomness,ambiguity and non-probabilistic uncertainty,so that it leads to the traditional reliability is not very good to adapt to the actual situation.In this paper,by analyzing the nature of uncertainty variables,small sample data and sufficient sample data are analyzed using different reliability models respectively,and then a hybrid reliability model is constructed.This model can more truly reflect the reliability level of the crane bridge structure under the influence of multiple uncertain variables.Firstly,based on the crane metal structure design theory and the characteristics of small sample reliability data of the crane bridge structure,the non-probabilistic convex set theory is used to obtain the non-probabilistic reliability model of the crane bridge structure,and its non-probabilistic reliability is determined.Meanwhile,considering the bridge structure based on the randomness and ambiguity of the variables,a structural mixed reliability model is obtained according to the compatibility characteristics.Under the principle,the variation law and relationship of the reliability of the mixed model composed of dispersion and different membership functions are analyzed,and the interval non-probabilistic model is adopted.The reliability comparison between the convex and convex non-probabilistic models validates the rationality and correctness of the hybrid reliability model.Secondly,for the traditional reliability model,the influence of each variable independent of the structural reliability is analyzed from the perspective of strength and stress,transverse stress and longitudinal stress of dangerous sections,and the influence of the correlation of these variables on reliability is discussed.The factors that influence the reliability of the coefficient are compared,and the correctness of the verification results is compared through three different reliability models.Finally,through Visual Studio development tools,C# language is used to realize the parametric and visual programming of bridge structure of the crane mechanics model analysis,randomness and ambiguity,and variable reliability correlation analysis,which greatly improves the analysis efficiency.Through the verification of engineering examples,the feasibility of reliability analysis method of crane bridge structure based on probabilistic-fuzzy-non-probabilistic hybrid model is proved.This research puts forward a new idea for the reliability research of the bridge structure of crane,and it can also provide a certain reference value for the reliability analysis of related major equipment.
