Research Of City Comprehensive Park Service Facilities Occupancy Evaluation In Nanjing

The city’s comprehensive park has many functions, such as providing exercise, recreation, entertainment, making friends and so on for residents. The city’s comprehensive park has become an essential part in peoples’life. Accordingly, service facilities in city’s comprehensive park also provide residents with consumption, diet, entertainment and so on. The quality of park service facilities’occupancy situation directly affects the attractiveness and popularity of a park. More and more researchers have begun to focus on the occupancy situation of the park service facilities. They participate in discussing about researching service facilities construction, from the angle of users, in order to pursuit in "People-oriented". Based on this, the author chooses the research in this area as the content of the master thesis.This paper takes service facilities of city comprehensive parks in Nanjing as the research object. Making researching and studying in occupancy situations of park canteens, catering class service facilities, children’s entertainment facilities, water entertainment facilities, camera facilities and other service facilities, which are in Xuanwuhu park, Egret continent park, Mochouhu park and Deal park, with the method of POE. Through scientific analysis and summary, the author raises the problems and flaws in occupancy of service facilities of city comprehensive parks in Nanjing, as well as the relevant solutions.There are some widespread problems with the use situation of Nanjing comprehensive park service facilities. Such as lacking of unified management, form similar, content mixed and disorderly, seriou commercialization, clients of a single sand so on. Among all service facilities, water entertainment facilities and part of the park camera facilities holistic and integrated are the best. The form of canteens are similar, service content couldn’t satisfied with the main consumers of parks.And they are also uneven distribution. Although the landscape effect of catering service facilities is good,some building volume is a litter higher, commercial phenomenon is more seriously.Children’s recreational facilities are desultorily, especially the colour,which is without unified planning, broke park overall peaceful environment atmosphere.At the same time,they also lacked comprehensive consideration that provides places for parents to rest.There are also many problems among other services facility, concentrated distribution occurs, not wide range services, larger affected by weather issues.According to these problems, the author made a comprehensive consideration through combining with the opinions of the managers and operators as a user. And then put forward corresponding solutions.Through mading many substantive proposals,such as perfecting service facilities, improving the service level of parks, standardized management,constraint too much commercial activities occupy, improving public participation and so on.What referred above provide feasible reference for future park service facilities construction and retrofit.
