Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)Research On Nanjing Mine Park

In recent years,with the transformation of China’s economic development and the practical needs of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,many traditional heavy industry extensive construction models need to be reformed.As a typical representative of traditional extensive heavy industry,mining industry has many problems such as environmental pollution,geological disaster,resource waste and so on.How to reuse the mine wasteland on the basis of ecological restoration and land reclamation,and explore its landscape,tourism and cultural value has become a hot research topic.As an important way of mining and reusing the comprehensive value of mine wasteland,the construction of mine park has become one of the more recognized types of mine wasteland protection and reuse,and also an important way to realize the transformation of resource industry and urban renewal.At present,the research of mine park in our country is mainly from the perspective of ecological restoration,land reclamation,resource evaluation and tourism development,but there are not many researches on the special post use evaluation of mine park.Based on the field investigation of many mine parks in China,this paper focuses on the study of the use of mine parks(POE)in Nanjing area,and summarizes the construction strategy of mine parks that truly meet the needs of users from the perspective of users.Based on the needs of tourists,this paper systematically summarizes Poe research methods and relevant theories and practices of mine park,and studies according to the whole process of Poe research.From the preliminary analysis,field investigation,conclusion and discussion.The research methods include field survey,AHP,questionnaire,interview,SD and so on.In the case study of mine parks at home and abroad,as well as the field investigation and analysis of many mine parks in Nanjing,the important influencing factors of mine park landscape construction are selected firstly.According to the "WSR"methodology,that is,"Physics-Management-human management",the evaluation factor set is established,and the evaluation index system of landscape Poe of Nanjing mine park is established by AHP.By combining the satisfaction evaluation scores of these 17 individual factors with the evaluation index system,the comprehensive scores of the investigated parks are obtained from the qualitative study to the quantitative study.The results showed that the overall satisfaction degree of the investigated Park was Tangshan Mine Park(3.95 points),Yeshan Mine Park(3.62 points)and Mufushan Park(3.21 points),all of which were satisfactory.Based on the analysis and evaluation of mine park landscape,the main problems of its landscape construction are as follows:lack of display facilities and service facilities;unreasonable plant configuration,poor landscape maintenance;poor health management level,affecting the beauty;insufficient mining culture excavation,lack of innovative mining culture landscape and activities.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward relevant optimization suggestions and schemes,in order to provide reference for POE research in Nanjing mine park.
